Some keep it a secret out of embarrassment or not wanting to appear as though they are complaining about life, but depression is something that needs to be productively addressed, lest it becomes worse. Prayer is a very useful tool in working through depression, which can effect
one emotionally and physically. Suicide is not the answer. Do not take your
